As an HBL Platinum Cardholder, you are automatically enrolled in our Rewards program. Every rupee you spend on dining, traveling, shopping, entertainment or any other purchase earns you reward points which can be redeemed for exciting rewards. These include annual fee waivers, electronics, watches, dining vouchers and a host of other gifts listed in the HBL Platinum Reward Booklet.

The reward point calculation is as follows:

One reward point will be earned on every local spending of PKR 25 whereas three reward points will be earned against a foreign currency spending equivalent to PKR 25.

Lost & Stolen Card Reporting

Emergency Card Replacement

Visa Platinum Cardholders whose cards are lost or stolen while traveling may request a replacement card by simply calling the Global Customer Assistance Services (GCAS). We will have a replacement card delivered promptly to you to minimize any inconvenience.

Emergency Cash Disbursement

If you are overseas and require emergency cash, Global Customer Assistance Services (GCAS) will help arrange for it to be delivered to you through our worldwide network of cash disbursement agencies. Emergency cash disbursement is subject to the available balance on your Visa Platinum Card and needs to be repaid.

Platinum Protection

With Visa Platinum you have access to our medical and legal referral service. And you are automatically covered by our extended warranty and purchase protection insurances when making purchases with your Visa Platinum Card.
