Overview

HBL is committed to conducting business with the highest ethical standards and opposes corruption. Corruption is detrimental to business and society, affecting reputation and exposing individuals to risks. HBL actively combats corruption through its Anti-Corruption Program. This commitment is outlined in the Code of Conduct, Guidelines on Prohibition of Bribery and Corruption, and the ABC Handbook.

We at HBL are vigilant and watchful for the activities relating to Bribery and Corruption. It’s a mutual responsibility shared between the Bank and it’s staff to discourage/ condemn all such illicit practices.

ایچ بی ایل اعلیٰ اخلاقی معیارات پر کاروبار کے عزم کے ساتھ بدعنوانی کی مخالفت کرتا ہے۔ بدعنوانی کاروبار اور سوسائٹی کے لیے مضر ہے جو ساکھ کو نقصان پہنچاتی اور افراد کو خطرے میں ڈالتی ہے۔ ایچ بی ایل اپنے اینٹی کرپشن پروگرام کے ذریعے بڑی مستعدی سے بدعنوانی پر قابو پا رہا ہے۔ اس عزم کا احاطہ ضابطۂ اخلاق، انسدادِ رشوت اور بدعنوانی گائیڈ لائنز اور اے بی سی کتابچے میں کیا گیا ہے۔

رشوت اور بدعنوانی سے متعلق سرگرمیوں پر ایچ بی ایل گہری نظر رکھتا ہے۔ یہ بینک اور اس کے اسٹاف دونوں کی باہمی ذمہ داری ہے کہ وہ ایسی غیر قانونی سرگرمیوں کی حوصلہ شکنی/ مذمت کریں۔
