Short Notice Deposit(SND)

SND is an interest bearing deposit account, which offers up to 4.25%* interest per annum on deposits placed. Interest is calculated on the daily balance and paid at month end. The customer requires placing withdrawal notice of minimum 7 days from the account to gain interest on the deposit placed.​

• HBL @ Work Premium Account Monthly Income criteria above BDT 1,00,000.

• Debit Card issuance charges waived.
• Maximum of 02 (two) Free Pay Orders/month.
• Free Statement of account (twice a year on June and December closing).

• Stop Payment Charges as per SOBC.

Fixed Deposit receipts (FDR)

​HBL Fixed Deposits having flexible tenure ranging from 1 month to 3 years and more allow the customers to get more out of their long-term investment with high interest rates.

Bhabnahin

Bhabnahin is a hybrid of FD (Fixed Deposits), which offers higher interest rate best suitable for both SME and consumer clients who wants monthly expenses out of their secured investments. Feature of this product, Interest will be credited every month to Transaction (CD, SB & SND) account against Minimum BDT 0.10 million up to 5 million (multiple of 0.5 million) for 24 & 36 months.​

HBL Money Club

​HBL Money Club is a minor cheque bearing savings account operated by parents/ guardian on behalf of minor. This account can be opened with an amount of BDT Tk.100 balance requirement. Monthly interest of 4.75% on minimum balance in the account is paid unconditionally. Additional interest of 2% per annum on minimum balance in the account will be given as a Bonus Interest

-Zero withdrawal throughout the month along with frequent Cash deposits

-Minimum amount of cash deposit should not be less than Tk.500/-. Children above 6 years of age can also avail free issuance of HBL Money Club ATM Card.

Value Account

It is a Transactional Account on which profit will be calculated @ 4.5% on monthly minimum balance and will be credited to account on quarterly basis with an initial amount of Tk. 10,000/- up to maximum Tk. 1,000,000/-. Clients can withdraw through ATM terminals using ATM cards.​

Current Account

​HBL Current Account is a non-interest bearing individual/business account suitable for both corporate and consumer clients with unlimited cash withdrawal facility.​

Foreign Currency Account (FCY)

​Bangladeshi nationals residing abroad, foreign nationals residing abroad or in Bangladesh, foreign firms registered abroad and operating in Bangladesh or abroad, and foreign mission and their expatriate employees in Bangladesh can open Foreign Currency Accounts.

HBL RMB/CNY Account

HBL Bangladesh is the first bank in the country to offer an RMB/CNY (Renminbi) denominated account to its esteemed clients. Our valued clients can receive remittance and repatriate RMB without double conversion RMB to USD and USD to BDT and vice versa. Client can also open RMB denominated letter of credit(L/C) as like as other currencies i.e USD, EURO, GBP etc. The transaction has never been so easier!!​
