HBL SMSAlerts also help you to keep an eye out for unwanted transactions that may occur as a result of any fraudulent activity on your card etc. Therefore, allowing you to readily report the incident to HBL, and block your card.

You can subscribe to SMS Alerts or update your email address by any of the following options:

1) Send your request via email

Please send the email from your email address registered with us. Alternatively, we’ll call you back if the email is received from an unregistered email address. Also, the given email address will be updated after your verification during the call back.
