Security

e-Statements are delivered through email in a PDF file format which is password protected, and the password instructions are always provided in the e-Statement email. Additionally, the e-Statement is delivered to your email address registered with us which is already secured with your Login ID and Password.

Q. What is an E-Statement?

An E-Statement is an electronic version of your account statement. The E-statement is delivered to you on your email address in a PDF file format.

Q. How can I subscribe to E-Statement?

You can subscribe to Printed and/or E-Statements or update your email address by any of the following options:

1) Send your request via email Please download the form by clicking here. Print, fill, sign, scan, and send the form to HBL PhoneBanking via email. Click here for HBL PhoneBanking contact details. Please send the email from your email address registered with us. Alternatively, we’ll call you back if the email is received from an unregistered email address. Also, the given email address will be updated after your verification during the call back.

2) Visit the branch Please download the form by clicking here. Print, fill, sign, and submit the form to your nearest branch.

3) Call HBL PhoneBanking: Please call HBL PhoneBanking and a Phone Banking Officer will be happy to assist you. Click here for HBL PhoneBanking contact details. Note: If your postal address is not updated with us, then please visit your nearest branch to update your address and other contact details, and also submit the form to subscribe to your desired statement.

Q. How can I change my subscription email address?

You can change your email address by any of the subscription options given above.

Q. Why should I subscribe to E-Statements?

E-Statements give you the convenience to receive and view your Account statements at anytime, from anywhere.

You can also save your E-Statements, and print them at your convenience. E-Statements help all of us to save paper. It is a small gesture of caring for our environment.

Q. Do I need to install any application to view my E-Statements?

E-Statements are delivered through email in PDF file format. To view a PDF document, you are required to install a PDF Reader/Viewer. Adobe Acrobat Reader is a free application which you can install on your computer, tablet, or mobile. If you wish to install Adobe Acrobat Reader, please visit www.adobe.com

Q. How frequently will I receive my E-Statements?

You can set the frequency of your E-Statements at your convenience, choosing from daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly options.

Q. Is the E-Statement service secure?

E-Statement PDF file is password protected, and the password instructions are always provided in the E-Statement email. Additionally, the E-Statement is delivered to the email address registered with us which is already secured with your Login ID and Password.

Q. What are the charges for subscribing and receiving E-Statements?

The E-Statement service is free of charge.
