This offer is available for HBL Green, Gold and Platinum Credit Cards.

Q. I have conducted an airline transaction using an HBL FuelSaver CreditCard. Can I avail this offer to offset my airline transaction?

No, this offer is not applicable to HBL FuelSaver Credit Cards.

Q. Can I avail this offer on my supplementary HBL CreditCard?

Yes, this offer can be availed if the transaction has been conducted using a basic and/or supplementary HBL CreditCard. However, the redemption of points must be done by the basic cardholder.

Q. Which airlines’ tickets are eligible for redemption under this promotion?

This offer is applicable to online tickets purchased from all local and/or international airlines’ websites only.

Q. Will this offer be applicable if I have purchased a ticket through the airline’s official booking office?

This offer is only applicable to online transactions conducted through the official website of an airline using HBL CreditCard. It cannot be availed for tickets purchased using POS machines or other channels.

Q. Can I avail this offer if I have purchased the ticket through a travel agent?

No, any purchase made through a travel agent or any other merchant will not be eligible for reward points redemption.

Q. I booked an airline ticket using HBL CreditCard during the offer period but I am travelling at a later date. Can I still avail this offer?

Yes, you can travel any time during or after the offer period. However, the ticket must have been purchased between 1st November 2024 - 30th November 2024 and redeemed between 1st November 2024 – 15th December 2024.

Q. Can I use my HBL CreditCard to purchase a ticket for someone else?

Yes, you can use your HBL CreditCard to purchase airline tickets for others. However, the respective airlines’ terms and conditions are applicable accordingly.

Q. Can I avail this offer multiple times?

Yes, you can avail this offer multiple times during the promotion period. However, the maximum redeemable points for each card variant are capped as shared in the table above.

Q. I conducted an airline transaction and paid in full. Currently there is no outstanding balance on my HBL CreditCard. Can I redeem reward points against this transaction?

This offer can be availed only if your HBL CreditCard account has an outstanding balance.

Q. How will I know that my points have been redeemed?

It will be reflected on your next HBL CreditCard statement.

Q. Can I avail this offer if I purchase an airline ticket after 30th November 2024

No. The airline ticket must have been purchased during the promotion period i.e., 1st November 2024 – 30th November 2024 to avail this offer. However, point redemption requests against airline ticket purchases shall be taken up until 15th December 2024.
